By tradition vines have always been grown here. In the XIth century the Templar monks grew a noble wine, on the Terreforts and Boulbenes slopes, that was exported to England via the canal and the Garonne.

Visit the recently renovated gorgeous wash-house and go on to the "Cave de La Ville-Dieu du Temple" fostered by the Confrérie du Grand Ordre des Capitouls de l'Oye et des Tastevins. Have a taste of the VDQS appellation wine from the vineyards around.
